Issue 318, February 2, 2026

As the temperatures dip, it’s a good reminder to bundle up—layers, cozy socks, and a hot drink go a long way against the chill. Even here in Jacksonville, the cooler weather can sneak up on you, but nothing a good jacket can’t handle.

No matter the forecast, business keeps moving. Operations are running smoothly, productivity is strong, and the team continues to stay on top of things.

This Wednesday, we’re looking forward to welcoming Karen Mathis from the Daily Record, who plans to stop by around noon to discuss business opportunities opening up in our region. With Florida’s relatively mild winters compared to much of the country, our warm climate continues to be a major draw for companies looking to grow or relocate.

We’re excited to hear her perspective and explore how we can continue to leverage those advantages—so what are your plans for Wednesday at noon?
