As a real estate photographer, I often forget that it takes more than just myself to get jobs done; stagers, agents, homeowners, and even editors all play a role in creating those polished final images. Successful teams aren’t just made up of quality individual parts; they’re built from people who truly work together well, complementing each other’s strengths and covering weaknesses. Knowing where you fit in the team is crucial, whether you’re the one capturing the shots or supporting from the sidelines. Don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it, collaboration almost always leads to better results than going it alone.
